Q1:What are your main products?
A1: We are mainly produce technical home textile products and laminated fabric. The main products are waterproof fabric urinal pad; waterproof mattress covers; mattress protectors; waterproof bedcovers; Baby bib; Floor mats; Waterproof table cloth etc.
Q2: Where is your main market?
A2: Our products mainly export to European countries,USA,Canada,Japan,Middle east,Southeast Asian and China.
Q3: Do you sale stock products?
A3: We normally produce products according to customer’s orders. We will have small lot of some items in stocks sometimes.
Q4: What the capacity of your factory each month?
A4: The capacity for sewed textile products is around 100,000pcs per month. The laminated fabric capacity is around 3 million meters per month.
Q5: What the MOQ for bulk order?
A5: The MOQ for sewed textile products is about 500pcs per color per size. The MOQ should be discussed in details with your exact requirement.
Q6: What the lead time for bulk order?
A6: The delivery time for each products and order quantity will be difference. The normal delivery time for laminated fabric is about 20-30days after approval color lab dips. The sewed textile product is about 30-50days after approval the order and colors. The delivery time should be discussed in details with your exact requirement.
Q7: What the MOQ for sample order?
A7: If we have stock fabric material, the MOQ for sample order is 50pcs per color per size. We should discuss case by case for the items we don’t have stock fabric material.
Q8: What the lead time for sample order?
A8: If you accept sample in any stock color, it takes about 5-7days to make it. We should discuss case by case for the nominated color you want for sample order.
Q9: Can you accept order quantity less MOQ?
A9: Yes we can, but should be surcharged for small lot. We can discuss surcharge for exact requirement.
Q10: What the payment term of your company?
A10: We accept payment term for new customer of T/T, L/C, PayPal, West union etc. We can discuss better payment term after several orders in good cooperation.
